Á LA CARTE MENU

We prepare our dishes entirely on location whenever possible, favouring Finnish and local produce. The á la carte dishes are served with warm root vegetables and bread made in our kitchen.
The menu includes our brewmaster's beer recommendations for each dish.
Our Limousin beef is supplied by local farms, and we get the pork from the Niittymäki farm in Vilppula, and fishfrom Lake Näsijärvi from a local fisherman. Berries and mushrooms are also locally supplied.
For children under 12 yrs. we offer half size portions from the á la carte menu for half price.
Dishes are available as long as our supplies last.
